Renovations on this property include a completely customized kitchen and pantry, new living space in the basement with a custom wine cellar, an updated bathroom, and new living spaces in a former garage for entertaining, making art, and relaxing in a custom-built cedar sauna.
This design-build project features a striking two-story window wall with Italian green onyx fireplace, a timber-framed outdoor living space and kitchen, and a large working kitchen and dream pantry. Subtle aging-in-place details were incorporated into the design, including an elevator.
Multiple projects on the same property include a main house built to take in the surrounding countryside, a carriage house with guest living space and multiple garages, historic farmhouse renovation and modernization, and barns for both farming and entertaining.
