New construction on the property included barns that double as farm equipment storage and rustic event space; a carriage house with garages, office, and an apartment; and a luxurious main house with expansive living spaces and art gallery. We also renovated an historic farmhouse on the property, fully modernizing it while keeping its design true to its roots. In addition to serving as General Contractor, DBC created custom details such as curved porch supports, a copper chimney cap, and reproducing a period mantlepiece.
